Winick v. Noble

We represented the security company at the Golden Globes. Plaintiff, a member of the paparazzi had previously trespassed at the Golden Globes among other celebrity events many times. On this occasion, he claimed to have a valid press credential but failed to display it and/or identify himself when confronted by security in the Wilshire Ballroom. He was asked to leave. He later sued for false imprisonment, assault and battery among other charges. This was a bench trial and resulted in a defense verdict for our client as well as the other named defendants.
