Selik, et al. v. Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, et al.

Facts: Plaintiffs attempted to purchase real property but were unable to obtain a loan based on our client’s appraisal which set the value of the property below contract price.

Result: After being given opportunities by the court to amend their complaint, we prevailed on demurrer in favor of the client, a real estate appraiser hired by the lender.

Note: RJM wrote the demurrer; FTT argued.
