ABC v. MUZIKA

Premises Liability; Entertainment Industry risk. We defended a music production company from allegations by Disney that our clients were responsible for their worker’s compensation loss, incurred when an off-duty ABC reporter claimed to have fallen on the sidewalk in front of the client’s property because she stepped in a hole that was his responsibility. The jury returned a verdict finding the defendant 70% at fault.
