Nelson Griffin has experience defending product liability cases. These may arise from failure to warn, design defect,manufacturing defect or breach of warranty.

We have handled product liability defenses for all parties in the chain of distribution. We have covered product liability cases arising from malfunctioning dishwashers, defective treadmills, bicycles, saunas, playground equipment and fire protection system just to name a few.
