Overview

Nelson Griffin has defended school districts, water districts, public utilities and public transportation. This includes defending airports, railways and bus transportation.

This also includes dangerous conditions on public property such as elementary schools, high schools or universities. We have defended federal and state funded daycare and learning center.

We are familiar with all of the substantive and procedural defenses available in defending public entities having done so for over thirty years.
