Van Epps v. Hansen Construction, Inc.

Facts: Construction defect action brought by homeowner against our client, a builder, in Nevada.

Result: We prevailed on a motion for summary judgment which argued that Plaintiff failed to adhere to Nevada construction defect statutes by failing to provide our client the requisite opportunity to inspect and make repairs.

Note: RJM wrote the motion; LRN argued.
