Salinas v. Roth

In this matter, we defended entertainer/singer David Lee Roth and his beloved Australian cattle dog, Russell. Plaintiff, gardener sued the rock star after his dog bit him. It was not a bad bite but plaintiff was looking for a big payday not to make more out of it with bad press. We settled this matter early and for far less than Plaintiff had originally been seeking.
