Drummond v. AEG
In this matter, we represented the marketing/PR company involved with re-designing one of the luxury boxes at the Staple Center. During a LA Kings hockey game, Plaintiff, a principal for a school in the Torrance Unified School district and a Kings Season ticket holder became so excited after the Kings scored a goal that he failed to pay attention where he was walking. He tripped and injured his shoulder. Plaintiff made a global demand of 150k. On the eve of trial, this matter was globally settled with our client’s contribution being 25k.
