Carbajal, et al. v. Ferrero, et al. Facts: Plaintiffs were involved in several altercations with security guards at a nightclub/restaurant. Past medical specials for both plaintiffs was over $185,000.00. Result: Following discovery, we were able to settle the client security guard company out for $10,000.00 jointly to both plaintiffs.
