Overview

Nelson Griffin has represented and defended individuals, public entities, small businesses and Fortune 500 Companies in a wide variety of general liability matters. If mediation or arbitration is feasible, it will be explored to resolve the matter in early stages.

The General Liability Practice includes defending personal injury cases, motor vehicle liability, premise liability, slip and falls, product liability defense, property damage, wrongful death, assault and battery, economic loss, trespass and nuisance.
