After earning his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 2012, Mr. Garcia pursued law in Los Angeles at Southwestern Law School, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 2016.
Mr. Garcia joined Nelson Griffin LLP as a law clerk in 2015. After passing the California bar exam, he dedicated his practice to working with clients develop strategies to effectively handle and defend cases that are sensitive, complex, and often catastrophic.
Mr. Garcia is an experienced litigator and trial lawyer. He has been lead trial counsel and acted as second chair in a variety of nuanced, high exposure matters. He is dedicated to obtaining a fair and just result for his clients, approaching each case with enthusiasm and focus.
In his spare time, Mr. Garcia enjoys being with his family and friends.
