Mr. Garcia’s interest in law first began when he was a senior at his undergraduate university. He obtained a yearlong internship with California Rural Legal Assistance, Inc. where he assisted in prospective client interviews and legal research. The exposure intensified Mr. Garcia’s desire to pursue a career in law.

He was admitted to Southwestern Law School in 2013. Mr. Garcia began his second year of law school with a four-month internship at Disability Rights Legal Center in their litigation department. It was his time there that sparked his interest in the world of litigation.

Mr. Garcia joined Nelson Griffin as a law clerk in the spring of 2015 before being brought on as an attorney in June 2017. He assists entertainment, transportation, business professionals and entities, and individuals overcome personal injury, premises liability, and motor vehicle risks and challenges.
